Lemon Water Start your day with a glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. Lemon water helps stimulate digestion and supports detoxification.

Green Tea Rich in antioxidants, green tea boosts metabolism and aids in weight loss. Drink it hot or cold throughout the day.

Cucumber and Mint Water  Slice cucumbers and add  them to a pitcher of water  along with fresh mint leaves. Let it infuse overnight and  drink it throughout the day  for a refreshing and  hydrating detox drink.

Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Mix 1-2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with a glass of water. ACV helps in digestion and can help control appetite.

Watermelon Detox Water  Cut watermelon into cubes and add them to a pitcher of water. Let it infuse in the refrigerator for a few hours before drinking. Watermelon is hydrating and low in calories.

Peppermint and Lemon  Infused Water Add a few sprigs of fresh peppermint leaves and slices of lemon to a jug of water. Allow it to infuse for a few hours before consuming.
