Gymnast insects Some insects, such as the praying mantis, exhibit gymnastic-like flexibility in their movements. The praying mantis, for example, can rotate its head nearly 180 degrees to spot potential prey.

Snake Snakes are renowned for  their exceptional flexibility due to their lack of limbs. Their bodies consist of numerous vertebrae connected by flexible joints, allowing them to move and twist in a wide variety of ways.
