Oleander (Nerium oleander)  This ornamental plant contains toxic compounds called cardiac glycosides, which can cause heart problems, nausea, vomiting, and even death if ingested.

Castor Bean Plant  (Ricinus communis) The seeds of the castor  bean plant contain ricin,  a highly toxic protein. Ingesting even a small amount of ricin can lead to severe poisoning and organ failure.

Datura (Datura spp) Also known as "thorn apple"  or "devil's trumpet," this plant contains tropane alkaloids that can cause hallucinations, delirium, seizures, and potentially fatal respiratory failure.

Belladonna  (Atropa belladonna) Belladonna, also known as deadly nightshade, contains toxic alkaloids like atropine and scopolamine, which can lead to severe poisoning, hallucinations, and death.

Indian Aconite  (Aconitum ferox)  This plant contains alkaloids that can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and even cardiac arrest if ingested.

Cerbera odollam  (Suicide Tree) The seeds of this tree  contain toxic cardiac glycosides that can lead to fatal heart arrhythmias and death. It is infamously known as the "suicide tree."

Calotropis (Calotropis spp)  Commonly known as "milkweed," these plants contain toxic cardiac glycosides that can cause gastrointestinal distress, cardiac arrest, and death.

Euphorbia trigona  (African Milk Tree)  The sap of this succulent plant can cause skin irritation and severe eye damage. Ingesting the sap can lead to nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Gloriosa superba (Flame Lily)  The tubers and seeds of this plant contain colchicine, a highly toxic compound that can cause organ failure, seizures, and death if ingested.
